We provide mat based pilates services on a 1:1 basis. This allows us to target the areas you need help with and give you the best opportunity to recover and prevent ongoing issues. We recommend that you review with one of our physiotherapists prior to doing pilates with us, as the physios will work with one of our pilates specialist Lorna Gibbons or Orlaith Trant.
